“I am 74 years old. I have suffered with lower back pain for over 20 years. In 2012, I had an MRI which showed a herniated disc contacting with the nerve root. I then went to a pain clinic and received a series of epidural injections with short term results. I also started taking Neurontin and Ultram for pain. The pain was reduced but was still present. My doctor recommended back surgery, but I didn't want that.

On 10.06.2025, I had umbilical cord stem cell injections in my back. I also changed my diet to help get rid of inflammation as suggested by Dr. Picard. I also lost a considerable amount of weight and am now at my recommended weight. I have now been able to greatly reduce the amount of prescription drugs I am taking. My goal is to totally eliminate these drugs.
