“If not for a poor install and arrogance of the installer we would never have met Craig. This man went out of his way to make sure the heatpump worked as designed. Vacuum lines were replaced and coil replaced. He followed the warantee and brought the parts needed. It was very cold and the outdoor unit was rebuilt in his truck, reinstalled and we are warm. “The over 40 year old furnace system we had did not provide the comfort we wanted in several of our rooms, and was far from energy efficient. Given the system's age, we decided to look at a new furnace. Once we had Dan review the issues, and possible solutions, we knew we had the right heating system contractor.
