Troy came right over and got my furnace going, he was very nice and knew what he was doing, I will get him to clean my furnace when it needs it. I'll know who to call if my furnace breaks down again.

I did not have the opportunity to use Troy Williams heating for my furnace emergency as he was too busy and I needed work right away. He did tell me to call him later in the day to check in if I did not find someone and he would come by and at least look at it for me. I ended up finding someone who was able to come this morning and from what little information I could relay to Troy he was right on with his assumption. The generosity and care he showed over just a phone call and the advice on he gave me to keep my house warm spoke volumes to me about these people and the company. I will ABSOLUTELY be using them as my yearly maintenance furnace company.

Troy went above and beyond to make sure I had heat before winter. Doing a natural gas conversion is a process and having an antiquated furnace that barely worked they put a new furnace in quickly and efficiently. I had a delay in getting the gas meter installed so Troy came out himself with a couple of space heaters to keep my old house comfortable. Extremely impressed with his customer service and was reasonable with pricing.
