I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage session with a new (to me) therapist, Aurora Heart Massage. Katherine is phenomenal. From the serene and beautiful space, to the environment she created, I instantly felt comfortable with her. She took the time to discuss my needs and preferences. She was also very intuitive with her massage. She seemed to have an innate understanding of where tension and stress was in my body, even before I pointed them out. She even pointed out a few tips to help me at work to avoid further discomfort in my neck/shoulders. She has a perfect balance of pressure and checked in often to ensure I was comfortable. I also attended a sound bath which was a TOTALLY NEW EXPERIENCE. I had no idea what to expect. In full honesty, it was at first weird, but her technique was skilled and also incredibly soothing, which allowed me to experience a state of deep relaxation, unlike anything I have ever experienced. It took a few minutes for my brain to relax, but once it did, it was a beautiful experience. I would recommend the Sound Bath to anyone who just needs a pause in life. I would wholeheartedly recommend Katherine to anyone looking for a massage therapist that goes beyond the ordinary, providing a truly transformative experience. I can't wait to book another session.

Most importantly, they showed up when expected and were so professional. Did such a great job steam cleaning my tile, area rugs, couch & bedroom carpet. Pleasant and courteous. Professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Navneet designed a system for me, I did most of structural install of the ground mount system, panels, and inverter. He was always happy to answer any questions I had along the way and assist wherever needed. When it came time to wire everything up and finalize the installation him and his guys completed it in one day. Great overall experience with this company from a DIY perspective.

What a lovely spot in Brewer! So clean, cute, and you can feel the positive energy from everyone as soon as you enter. I can’t say enough positive things about Shauna (who does facials in the back in this amazing relaxing room) equipped with the most comfortable warming bed/ table! My skin has never looked better, and the time spent with Shauna is so much fun! If you’re looking for a facial, a good time, or anything hair related check out this spot! ?

The guys arrived at the start of the “arrival window”. They were very polite and non judgmental about the stains on the carpet. When they left, the carpet looked like new! I would highly recommend Stanley Steamer.

We recently brought in our mainecoon cat when he had a sudden life threatening emergency. When we arrived, they took our boy quickly and tried to help him. Sadly, he was experiencing heart failure and nothing was stabilizing him. The vet took the time to explain everything to us and was very honest about possible outcomes. Our boy sadly passed away on his own, but the vet let us into the room with him to be with him as he took his final breaths. When he was gone, they let us use a private room to be with his body as long as we wanted. It was an incredibly difficult death, but the vet explaining everything to us was a blessing. We knew it wasn't our fault thanks to him and he made sure we understood the reality of the situation. They refunded all the costs that would have gone towards testing and let us do a private cremation. Some of the bad reviews here can make this place seem cold and uncaring, but that's just not true. They did everything they could for our cat and were compassionate the whole time. Just because they talk to you about billing doesn't mean they're cruel. They have to do this to prevent people from not paying for treatment if they don't get their desired outcome. Please don't be afraid to go here. Our cat's passing was not their fault and they allowed him to pass naturally with access to oxygen. We got his ashes quickly as well. We're very grateful for how kind and efficient the vet we saw was, even though our boy was too sick to make it. We never felt like they didn't care and it helped during such a horrible emergency.

Consistently beautiful and relaxing experience. The office smells ylang ylang and jasmine, every time, and it’s a sensory blessing before even getting on the table. Kevin is conscious, consensual, and always checking in for comfort. He brings a light heartedness to the experience, and he is one the only massage therapists that I chat with throughout the massage (he’s also totally fine with quietude). 10/10 ?♂️

Her studio is clean and mystical- it’s like entering another world, which is exactly perfect for the experience.
