If not for a poor install and arrogance of the installer we would never have met Craig. This man went out of his way to make sure the heatpump worked as designed. Vacuum lines were replaced and coil replaced. He followed the warantee and brought the parts needed. It was very cold and the outdoor unit was rebuilt in his truck, reinstalled and we are warm. I recommend this man to anyone needing this service. Thank you

Craig is highly knowledgeable.....very prompt to respond to emergency call for non-functioning heat pump. Knows both residential and commercial applications extremely well. Will now be my first call for heat pump repairs and replacement.
