The over 40 year old furnace system we had did not provide the comfort we wanted in several of our rooms, and was far from energy efficient. Given the system's age, we decided to look at a new furnace. Once we had Dan review the issues, and possible solutions, we knew we had the right heating system contractor. The work went quickly, with very brief (total, 2 hours?) disruption of our heat and hot water use in our circa 1867 home in mid-December. The workmanship shows superb attention to detail and deep knowledge of "how to do it right." This morning, after calling three otherJ heating & plumbing companies to service my furnace that has been shutting off repeatedly for the past three days, only to discover they were all closed today for Patriots' Day. Then I called Olivers and spoke with Joe. He was unable to send someone, but very kindly referred me to an HVAC person - at a different company - who he said is currently accepting new heating customers, and provided me the person's name and phone number. So I called and he'll be here at 8 a.m. this Thursday. Thank you, Joe, for taking the time to help. So kind and generous of you!!!When we have plumbing issues, I'll be calling Olivers.:)
