“I had my heat pumps installed by MAC IN September 2020. Since then, I have used my back-up Rinnai only four days total a couple years ago when we had a few days in February that reached lows in the -40s. It’s handled everything else Mother Nature has thrown at it since. I especially enjoy the “dry” setting in summer which takes all the humidity out of the house without needing the extra AC. However, I am cozy warm in winter and blissfully cool in summer, always! I am very pleased with the personalized and expert staff and servicemen at MAC. So friendly and knowledgeable!
