“The fireplace hadn't been working properly for years. Brandon, a licensed gas fitter, nailed the issue straight out. I also asked if we could do an upgrade to a remote on/off. No sweat even though he had other jobs waiting for him. Fast, professional and friendly. 5 stars.”
“John was polite, informative, helpful and professional and came right on time. He made it a great experience.”
“After calling around to every appliance and appliance repair store in a 100 mile radius, Careem not only called us back & was willing to sell us the part for our broken oven that we desperately needed, but he came directly to our home to help us with the repair. He still only charged us for the necessary part. Hosting Christmas dinner tomorrow wouldn’t have been possible without Racz Appliance Repair.”
