Julian arrived at the time promised during his confirmation call. He was considerate of the fact that I was working from home during his visit. He promptly diagnosed the issue with our dryer and offered an additional service that was needed. The repair was completed way quicker than I expected and he was in and out in no time so that I could get back to my regular routine. Mr. Ron was fantastic! His attitude was professional, polite and had a world of knowledge. Malik came in and was able to fix an issue after taking my dryer apart and putting it back together several times. I know it was getting frustrating but he figured it out and I have a working dryer for the first time in 2 weeks! Great service!Service: Dryer repair
