It can be hard to reach them via phone, but with a little patience and understanding it all works out. Good experience for me overall.”
“American Home Shield immediately connected us with Bill's company after placing a service request for our refrigerator that was making a weird motor sound and not cooling on Sunday. I received a call from Naomi, the receptionist, on Monday. She was extremely kind and helpful with setting up our appointment for Wednesday. Of course after making the appointment, the fridge decided to work again... However, on Wednesday, Bill called when he was on his way and came by in the time frame given to us. He assessed our fridge thoroughly and found no issues but said we have 30 days to call him back if the issue happens again with no charge. We're extremely pleased with Bill's service and will be using him in the future if needed!”
