Lamont did an excellent job repairing our wash machine. Very friendly and professional .
I received a call from Lamont who said that he would be at my home in 10 minutes (which he was) he was so professional and well mannered. He kept me informed step by step while fixing my LG refrigerator (Compressor). My experience with Lamont was so wonderful and warm. Thank you Lamont keep up the good work.
Our experience was excellent. They called us right away and kept us informed of the progress on our service request. On the day of our service Lamont called to let us know when he would arrive. He was on time, professional, prepared and respectful of our home and belongings. He did the work necessary all while carrying on polite small talk. He’s knowledgeable and personable. He put the appliance back where it was and cleaned up the floor where he worked. I received a follow up call from the office. I am absolutely going to recommend them for appliance repairs in the future.
