“We had an excellent experience with this appliance repair company. They repaired both our refrigerator and microwave, and everything is working perfectly now. The technician was knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain the issue and the fix. The service was efficient, professional, and fairly priced. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!”
“Brian at Free State Appliance Service Heating & Cooling provided absolutely outstanding service! The home is only three years old, and already having issues with the cheap furnace that was installed by the builder (Ryan Homes) SMH!! It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with HVAC problems in such a new home, but Brian completely turned the experience around for us.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose and fix the issue. You can tell he truly understands these systems. He explained everything clearly and made sure the furnace was working the way it should before leaving.
Very grateful he came out so quickly and handled everything efficiently. If you need heating & cooling service, I highly recommend asking for Brian. Thanks again for the excellent work!”
