I finally found this practice and have finally found pain relief! Noelle and Nate are the best! I REALLY hated needles, but at my first appointment Noelle's compassion, understanding, and patience eased my concerns and now I am no longer afraid. They're also very knowledgeable and if you're the type of person who likes to ask a lot of questions about your health. Because they're a teaching facility, not only do they know everything, they know how to explain it to the target audience! Melissa on the front desk is also extremely personable and makes sure I'm taken care of in terms of all the back of house matters (dealing with insurance, calling and notifying me when my preferred appointment time becomes available). They have both early and late appointments so it's super convenient (I go here even though I live on the other end of the beltway !)“

All of the practitioners are highly skilled and very caring, and they have a wide skill set no matter what your needs. They give individual attention to each patient with an emphasis on manual therapy and personalized rehab. The space is well laid out, friendly and easily accessible, and parking is easy. The front desk is very helpful and always communicates well. I recommend them to all my Pilates students and friends.“

In particular, she provides clear, helpful exercises that challenge my mobility without over-extending my ankle. I feel more confident in a full recovery with Maddie on my case. She is also kind and empathetic. The whole team is friendly and professional. Highly recommend.“

1725 I St NW 3rd floor, Washington“I cannot recommend Dr. D highly enough!!
I found her after a frustrating few months of misdiagnoses and snowballing minor injuries, during which most of the medical professionals I met basically advised me to take NSAIDs and wear more supportive shoes.
Danelle took a totally different approach. She took my pain seriously and immediately worked to alleviate it using a variety of (very cool) techniques. She deeply understands the mechanics of the body and was able to explain to me in a way that made sense how I had become so injury-prone. The strengthening exercises she set me were manageable, and I appreciated that we didn’t spend a ton of time in session doing the same exercises I was doing on my own.
Maybe most importantly, she was realistic and optimistic about my recovery. I genuinely think the biggest difference in my return to an active lifestyle was someone as smart and experienced as Danelle explaining to me how I’d get there. I really cannot thank her enough!
If you were a competitive dancer in your younger years and suspect that training might have thrown your body mechanics off a bit, I really recommend visiting Dr. D - even if you aren’t currently recovering from an injury. If you have a sports injury of ANY kind, I highly recommend visiting Dr. D.“

Jon and his team are skilled at and compassionate about their work. I worked with Jon and Juhi and can say that they are some of the best you can get in DC. Their knowledge, techniques, and dedication to healing are remarkable. Both worked on my knee injury and I can say that it is much better than it's been in years, considering I saw other therapists prior to seeing them. I highly recommend CNMR for all your movement disorders and disabilities, to improve or restore the function and quality of your life.“

15201 Shady Grove Road # 106, Rockville“I have been suffering from knee pains since Nov. 2023. My doctor suggested physical therapy and 15 sessions from 2 clinics later, I got some improvements but nowhere near recovery. My friend recommended Fyzical Therapy at Rockville so I decided to give it one more try. This place is huge with so many machines & equipment. My first appointment was with Dr. Davis who was very thorough and helpful. She cares very much about her patients' well being and is very passionate about her work. A BIG THANKS to therapist David Siemien who is always pleasant, efficient and compassionate. He patiently showed me every exercises, took the time to walk me through it. Some days, I came in with more pains than usual. David always tried very hard to make me feel better by using the massage gun, the taping on my knee and EMS. If you are looking for a good PT, I highly recommend Fyzical at Rockville. Everyone is super nice & friendly here. The front desk staff, Jennifer, is also amazing. Thank you all!“

I had worked with different therapists before my surgery. Chris is the best therapist I have ever come across. He is patient, understanding and highly resilient. My PT was interrupted for 2 weeks due to my hospitalization for a different reason. But Chris, as determined and resilient as he is, he helped me to get back on track sooner than I expected. In summary, Chris is a wonderful PT, very knowledgeable, serious, punctual and helpful.Chris, thanks a million for every support, guidance and encouragement you gave me. I wish you success in all your endeavors.Atsede“

5480 Wisconsin Ave, Chevy Chase“I had chronic pain in most of my body, headaches, and severe dizziness. After months of tests and some PT, I was faced with a diagnosis of a lifetime of chronic pain regulated by medication and very limited ability to do sport. After I started working with Bill Amos I managed to get to a point where I was pain free and able to run and ski again. And I now also have the tools to stay that way. Bill has a tremendous wealth of knowledge, breadth of techniques, and insights. I can't recommend him enough.“
“I attended Elite Physical Therapy in 2024 before and after a labrum tear hip orthoscopy surgery. The staff were always kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. I was always impressed how it seemed like each member of the staff knew each patients name. The PT was instrumental in my recovery. They paced the increased difficult in therapy exercises perfectly. Often I would be unsure I could perform a certain action and a week or two later would be doing it with ease. You're in great hands here.“

She is super knowledgeable, quick to identify and deal with issues, and fun to hang out with for an hour. She was also super accommodating with schedule changes for those with busy lifestyles. “Patty is a miracle worker. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for almost three years now. After 6 doctors and 4 physical therapists I came across Patty and she completely changed the game. I am finally seeing improvement after she recognized that my biggest issue is how tight I am everywhere. With her work I am finally almost pain free for the first time in years. I highly, highly recommend her and I now to go to her for any PT I need.“
