Q is an exceptional physical therapist. I like her approach of increasing the intensity of exercises to help my condition. I'm able to confidently return to my physical activity thanks to the care I received at Innovative physical therapy.

I have been going to the Silver Spring location since May. The team is AWESOME. Anthony is amazing, patient, kind, caring, professional and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my PT time with him. He has since been promoted (and moved on) and now I have Que and Lindsay as my physical therapists. They too are very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The staff listens to your concerns and appear the genuinely care about you and your progress. I know some people hate PT, but I actually enjoy going. Innovative Physical Therapy was AMAZING! I had a vastly better and more thorough experience with Innovative Physical Therapy than any other physical therapy I have ever been to. The CEO is AWESOME and has soooo much experience. I felt like I was in good hands under his care.
On a side note,, me being a former competitive power lifter and Brazilian Jiujitsu competitor, and he having experience treating athletes was a huge bonus. This really let me know that I was in the BEST place for my treatment.
