“After months of upper back pain and countless visits to chiropractor, physical therapist, neologist, pain management doctor, I was still in a lot of pain. I finally gave acupuncture a try. Sophie is incredibly caring and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease during each visit (e.g. I am terrified of needles and still is so that says a lot!). She really takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain the treatments process with patience and kindness. Most importantly, the treatments have significantly reduced the pain in my upper back and improved my overall comfort. I'm truly grateful for her skill, compassion, and dedication to helping me feel better. I can't recommend her enough!”

“Dry needling has been a cure for me! I had a very old hip injury (turns out a sprain) for many many years I went to see different orthopedic doctors that could not find anything wrong based on the xrays and the MRIs, their diagnosis: Bursitis of the hip. Most of them recommended physical therapy, which I did but pain would return, others recommended cortisone shots and even surgery last resort. Well I did NOT want any of them, even though I was NOT able to do squats, or run, or bicycle (these movements would aggravate my hip pain).THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HEARD OF DRY NEEDELING, (where they insert a very thin needle (like acupuncture needle) targeting the tight muscle, and quickly removing the needle) and VOILA the pain is GONE!!I don't like needles, not a phobia but just don't like them. I had 4 needles inserted total, 3/4 were not painful at all just a small discomfort. There's soreness the next day but PAIN FREE and STILL pain free after 1.5 months. Amazing just AMAZING! Now I just need to strengthen the muscles in the hip and leg areas, they gave me exercises to do at home.Ken, Rebecca, and Mona are all very friendly and accommodating. Would def recommend to others !FYI. I only went to the Gaithersburg location, small and renovated and there are many other practices in the same building. IF you park on the largest parking lot its easier to find their practice.”

“Within two visits, Adam Dube was able to prevent the need for ankle surgery.
I've known and seen oodles of PT's over the years. He is not the typical less-than-helpful physical therapist and brings his own unique set of skills acquired over decades to the treatment table.
The entire body is connected and Adam understands this and addresses it. I may have an ankle problem, but it's stemming from my hip.
Mr. Dube is very gentle, humble and explains what he is doing every step of the way and why the problem is likely going on.
He makes himself available for questions and comments after sessions too.
I never hesitate to recommend Adam!”
