“Originally went to Providence for what I thought was still there (urgent care) to find out it closed in August! However a nice security guard informed me there was a clinic on the 3rd floor! I came at 9am on a Wednesday and was out by 9:35am with all the prescriptions I needed. The office was very clean as well and not busy. The front desk staff and doctor were both very welcoming and nice. The front desk answered all my questions about their services they provided and the doctor explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back when and if needed. I am completely satisfied with them, and recommend them highly!When I first approached Avesta, I was super impressed by Stephanie, as she patiently and thoroughly explained to me what Avesta could offer. The level of service is top notch, with great care from when you walk in the door until when you walk out the door!The only negative issue that I can point out is that the employee attrition rate seems to be a bit more than a patient would like to see. It is so comforting to continue to see the same smiling faces for long periods of time, and a bit unsettling when employees that you have bonded with seem to leave with greater than normal frequency. But I am willing to give Avesta the benefit of the doubt; perhaps what I have noticed is just a short term trend.“

“Dr. Safayan is a lifesaver. My husband has always had low iron but Dr Safayan was the first dr to ever say, "let's find out why". Due to family history, it was highly likely that he had celiac but instead of only testing for that, he did a full work up and a unusually large polyp was discovered. My husband was in his early 30's so it wld have gone undetected until it was a problem. I'm surprised to hear others say Dr. Safayan a money-making machine. On the contrary, he spends 20-30 minutes with us (more as necessary), never rushes us, and always asks for a complete health picture. We've found him to be far more thorough than any other doctors we've gone to and that includes some top-notch "Gucci doctors". Also, a shout out to Monica at the front desk who is always so pleasant.“

“All staff was very attentive. I was not expecting an ultrasound of my legs, but definitely felt they were very thorough and careful. I received many reminders via email, text and phone (TOO many, really) and checked in several times via email & phone app with my insurance info, driver’s license, next of kin, etc. At the office, they said I could just do all that at the time of check in (?!?). But again, thorough and redundant is better than the alternative! I’m looking forward to getting treatment in two weeks and feel their pricing is comparable to what I’ve paid in the past. (And THAT was the best surprise of all!) The office was professional looking and pleasant, and the validated parking another nice surprise.“
