I had come before my first appointment to talk to the front desk staff and they were phenomenal me being a young person and trying to navigate to medical system even the front desk staff, including Agnes and Fah we’re absolutely amazing. I spoke to Agnes the first time I wanted information and she gave me good advice on how to set things up and what I needed to do and then second time I came for my primary doctor visit. I saw Far and Agnes again and they were very welcoming. Give me a new packet and everything and then had a great experience with my doctor as well. Definitely recommend this location For the hospitality the people and experience overall when things get rough. ❤”

“As a new patient a warm welcome was not there. The front desk Spanish lady(Stephany I think)had no customer service skills. She literally begun by just pointing go here, stand there, take off your shirt. No explanation of what I was in for not even a good morning or how are you doing. New patients need a EKG and be fasting for blood work by the way. No one informed me. So I was weary of what the Drs would be like. The NP Raliat was a 180. She introduced herself and actually cared for me as a patient. Even the check out lady was nicer. Came back for blood work The rest of the staff was great 👍”
