Since April 2025, I've suffered from extreme tiredness, weakness, and sleepiness, despite seeing numerous specialists (including primary care, sleep doctor, urologist, and infectious disease doctors), undergoing MRI and CT scans, and completing six antibiotic courses. In January 2026, Dr. Eva Rottmann at Arthritis and Rheumatism Associates was the first to suggest Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), which is likely the correct diagnosis.

During my visit, I also had pain in my right knee. I requested a corticosteroid injection from Dr. Rottmann, which she performed under ultrasound guidance and also took a fluid sample for testing. This was a significant improvement...read full review
