“I have to update my review of this establishment. I just met with the manager, Mr. Lewis, when I went to pick up my glasses today. First, the glasses are on point. Nothing at all wrong with the frames nor the lenses. Frames were brand new and my prescription is correct.
Now, as to my previous issues, Mr. Lewis sincerely apologized and offered to remedy any issues I may have had. He was patient and most of all, listened to my concerns. He didn’t have to do all that he did. He went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer, and I am grateful to have been assisted by him. Because of Mr. Lewis’ outstanding customer service, I will remain a customer of Sterling Optical.”
