“We have only gone through the estimate and contract fazes but so far I am very pleased with the company. I will give a full review after installation in about 4 to 6 weeks.

So it is now April 3rd and our project was completed on March 30th. The team was very respectful, punctual, and did everything in a timely manner. They got to my house at roughly 9am and weredone by 4:30 pm. They tore everything out replaced subfloor and plumbing. Then they installed our new tub, the walls and the fixtures. Very professional crew. No mess was left behind. They cleaned everything. We had just had our floors done and they were respectful and put drop cloths down to protect our floors. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has home improvement needs. We were told from the beginning that it would take like 4 weeks for materials and all so we were not surprised at the fact it took a little time. We were guaranteed that it would be a one day install and that's exactly what we got. I'm very pleased and love my new tub/shower.“

Overall it took 3 weeks for delivery to arrive, and then work was complete in 4 business days. Siding the install it rained and they kept everything covered and had no issues. When I realized a small thing was forgotten, I got an immediate response to have someone come fix it even though the work was signed and paid. I would definitely use this company again.“

“Screen Installation on 2 gable vents where one of those vents had a large electric blower covering it. It was a hard job on a ladder which took a skilled technician to do the job. He did an outstanding job installing the screen and wood framing around the screen requiring custom fitting on each frame section. His other helpers on the floor prepared the material and handed it up to him as needed. Together, everything was done to perfection in a surprisingly short amount of time. I have nothing but praise for the Fichtner Company and their work.“

Guy was courteous, I had about five things going on in my head so I politely accepted an appointment so I could get a business card (lost a star for not just giving me a card for the conversation and going away).
