“Wow 🤩 This was such a wonderful experience!! I cannot recommend Long Home showers and their installation team highly enough!! We are absolutely thrilled with our new walk in shower! They cleaned up behind themselves and left zero mess. We did have a scratch in the tinting on our front storm door from their team carrying out old materials during the renovation. We also had a chuck of drywall that got scrapped off during the installation. They sent a check to get the tinting on the dirt replaced and also sent out a wonderful member of their installation team, Alejandra, to fix our drywall!! She did an excellent job. What a truly professional service they offer and the result is just beautiful and easy to keep clean!!“

The owner presented the company services and details of my project and I felt informed rather than pressured to sign a contract , which had been the tactic of the other companies offering estimates.
The materials were delivered early on the day before the new roof was to be installed and the crew was at my home by 7:15 on the morning the work was to begin..
Members of the crew were pleasant , polite and hard working
professionals.They did a beautiful job on the new roof as well as the cleanup.

“Jan was very nice, was here Thursday morning before supplies were delivered to let us know that they had to cancel due to weather. Then was here first thing Friday morning to let us know his guys would be here soon. He was here most of the morning before checking in with other jobs. He called twice to check in and sent photos of the job for us to see. Explained everything that was happening. Came back Saturday morning to check in and do a double check on the work and any extra clean up. He’s the first supervisor on any job we have had done, to be this thorough. Very much appreciated him and the guys for their hard work.“

Transaction. Jess explained the products they use for the job and showed samples so I knew what I was getting, and she helped me choose a color that complemented my home. She even added my shed to the job to match my house. Sandy was the project coordinator, and she did an excellent job of explaining any prep I had to do (removing pictures on the outside walls, etc), and overseeing the job. The job took 5 days, and the crew arrived every morning at 8 am and didn’t leave that day until they completed the day’s work. Even though the temperature was only in the 20’s, the crew worked as a team and enjoyed their work. They were polite, respectful, and discussed with me any issues that popped up. The finished product is beautiful, and they cleaned up when the job was done. Considering how much siding had to be removed, they left the yard in clean condition with only a few small stray pieces of material. I would not hesitate to use them for another project in the future.“

“I hired the Whiting Company to re-roof our church's leaking 32 yr old flat roof. Out of the 6 quotes I got, Whiting was the least and best. Tim Whiting is such a great guy to meet, too. Our church is very grateful for his giving us such a fantastic roof for a fee that our church could afford.
