I've heard horror stories about this company's responsiveness to service requests, but I wanted to try them out because they have excellent customer service. It could have been a better experience from beginning to end. Take a month to receive the proposal. I called every week for four weeks for a status update on the glass replacement and was provided with the same excuse each time. If you are looking for a trusted, reliable, responsive company that can take care of your issue quickly, S Albert Glass is not that company.

S Albert has done several repair jobs on some storefront doors for us. However, the last several times I have called, they were non-responsive (I was promised calls back that never came). Today, the same thing happened. They have refused to look at a pair of doors where we were charged $2,600 to install arms to protect the doors from swinging in the wind, but the doors continue to be damaged by swinging in the wind.Service: General door repair

RUDE. First, it took a long time for them to respond to my request for service. When I was finally contacted by someone I called the number back they left for someone named Keyon. He was so unprofessional, rude and aggressive on the phone I didn't even move forward with making an appointment. When I asked when was a good time to meet he gave a window of time. When I selected a time within that window he immediately said no that won't work. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor to even meet with me. Probably the same guy from the other reviews!
