“Jay Taylor came to my home in freezing cold weather to make sure I had enough oil to get through the night until they could deliver in the morning. I called at 7:00 PM when I got home to a very cold house where I had run out of oil which was my own fault. I got a call back from Jay, the owner, who said all the trucks were booked. I agreed to wait until morning but Jay called back a little later and let me know he was going to come deliver enough to get me through the night.
