Robbie got there fast and fixed everything same day. I blew a fuse and fan control timer trying to fix things myself and they didn’t even chew me out for it! They didn’t try to upsell me on replacing the whole unit when I’m sure another company would have. I’m friends with the owner, Shawn, and he is a good, honest man.
I'm very happy with the technicians who came, they cleaned the heat pump and air handler very meticulously, they had the heat pump apart, vacuumed it, power washed it and went in the attic and cleaned the air handler and replaced the filter, they definitely made my day and I'm not going to have to worry about the maintenance on my heat pump, I'm very confident with their knowledge and expertise.
We had Real HVAC install 2 heat pumps several years ago. They did a wonderful job, so we've had a service agreement with them since then. All of the technicians who have serviced our systems have been incredibly knowledgeable and explained any issues in laymen's terms. In the past year, Kyle has been the technician and has been efficient and kind. The administrative staff have also been wonderful! We highly recommend Real HVAC!
