we have used HVAC Services Unlimited for many years at both our previous house and our current home. They are always extremely courteous and professional when giving estimates or performing work. In addition, I find that they are very straightforward regarding what needs to be done immediately vs. what can wait and they are great at explaining the different systems and how they work (or don’t). Great service! We have used Pat’s company for 8-9 years to manage our HVAC. They were knowledgeable about the older system we had, and when it came time to replace it, their price was fair, and installation was quick. We were never pressured to buy a new unit before we were ready, and our options were always objectively presented. I appreciate that their employees are personable around my 2 young children, and they are very responsive to address our airflow concerns to keep the nursery cool during the hot summer.
