First time using the company, Matt was my technician and he was very easy to work with and was fairly informative. I had no problem with my service for what I needed so therefore im rating 5 stars. I will point out that the service I needed was potentially highly priced for a backflow test. I was informed from colleagues of the prices they paid to other companies after I paid mine which was about 2x-4x their amount (As I payed substancially more).
I have had many many contractors to my home for various reasons over the past 20 years and I would highly recommend Staton not because of the outstanding work they do but for their HONESTY!!
