“The best vet yet. If you’re looking for a facility that cares about your pet this is the best. We called last minute for an emergency and were told to come in to see the doctor. Doctor Parker was transparent with the pros and cons of the surgery. Needless to say he performed emergency surgery on my dog for intestinal mass removal. The surgery was a success and we are grateful to have come across this facility. “We had an incredibly positive experience at Thrive Animal Hospital during a very stressful and emotional time for our family. Our beloved cat, Buster, was in significant pain, and getting him into his crate was heartbreaking and difficult.

Nurse Cara was a tremendous support both over the phone and in person. When we were struggling to get Buster safely into his crate because of his unrelenting pain, she was calm, reassuring, and compassionate. During the visit, her kindness toward Buster and toward us meant more than we can say.

Dr. Daniel was exceptionally thorough in his work up and communication. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and approached Buster’s care with real empathy and thoughtfulness. We felt heard, supported, and confident in the plan he created for us.

Even the front desk staff went above and beyond. One team member kindly lent me her phone charger when my battery was dying, which was such a small but meaningful act during a hard day.

We left with a clear plan and medications to help keep Buster comfortable, and most importantly, we left feeling cared for. We are so grateful to this team for their skill, compassion, and humanity.“

“I just lost my precious dachshund, Rusty. I have to talk of my experience at TLC. Dr. Lucas and I worked together when Rusty was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and later, kidney disease. We walked a tightrope, as Dr. Lucas described it, making medical decisions for both conditions. The heart condition alone usually has a year or less life expectancy. Rusty went on to 1 year and 8 months for me and my baby. In addition, the ladies loved on him sometimes calling him the Rust Man :) I even ended up going to a Vet ER before TLC opened, due to a breathing issue which can occur with the heart condition, and one of these wonderful ladies came and sat with me for several hours when she found out and got off work. I can't begin to describe the wonderful love shown to my boy at TLC. When he passed, there were tears from all, and Dr. Lucas called from his vacation to express his condolences. You will never go wrong bringing your sweet baby to TLC for Pets.“

At our first visit, we brought in our Ragdoll who was a little underweight.
