“We love Happy Dog Care! Our dog, Gus, has been going for daycare here since we adopted him 5.5 years ago. The staff know him well and welcome him enthusiastically whenever we drop him off. We love that they are crate-free and give the dogs the capability of being inside or outside at their pleasure. He always comes home nice and tired! We’ve also boarded him here a few times during vacations and had just as positive of an experience.“

“I just lost my precious dachshund, Rusty. I have to talk of my experience at TLC. Dr. Lucas and I worked together when Rusty was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and later, kidney disease. We walked a tightrope, as Dr. Lucas described it, making medical decisions for both conditions. The heart condition alone usually has a year or less life expectancy. Rusty went on to 1 year and 8 months for me and my baby. In addition, the ladies loved on him sometimes calling him the Rust Man :) I even ended up going to a Vet ER before TLC opened, due to a breathing issue which can occur with the heart condition, and one of these wonderful ladies came and sat with me for several hours when she found out and got off work. I can't begin to describe the wonderful love shown to my boy at TLC. When he passed, there were tears from all, and Dr. Lucas called from his vacation to express his condolences. You will never go wrong bringing your sweet baby to TLC for Pets.“

“Had an amazing experience with Erin! From start to finish, everything went so smoothly. She was patient, kind, and took great care of my little Shih Tzu Flora. The one-on-one attention made such a difference, and my pup came home looking beautiful, happy, and relaxed. “My son Boris has been going to Luv Thy Pet for nail trimmings and ear cleanings for the last year and a half ..and we always look forward to the trip! After a couple of failed trips to the big name pet stores grooming centers, we found Luv Thy Pet, and we will never look back!! The owner, Schmae, is very accommodating and is always excited to see Boris, and vice versa! She is very kind and personable, and always takes the cutest photos of him (attached) while he’s with her! Around Halloween time when I picked him up, she had even put the cutest Halloween bandana on him! I completely trust that my son is in good hands when I hand his carrier over to Schmae, you can tell she loves what she does and all of the animals she works with. Her pricing is very good and she’s just an all around great person to do business with. My son always comes back smelling great and looking great! With her moving, I am honestly contemplating buying plane tickets just so she can work her magic with Boris! Thank you Schmae for being such a great person and an amazing groomer…we will miss seeing you, and we hope you continue working your magic with other fur babies <3“

“Hera’s is the best! We take our dogs Pat Sajak and McGee here. Hera is super friendly and takes great care of them. My favorite part? The smell amazing when we pick them up.“

“My rescue terrier usually panics around clippers, so grooming appointments are stressful for both of us. The groomer here took a few minutes just letting him settle before starting anything, which already felt different from other places I’ve tried. They worked slowly and avoided overwhelming him with loud equipment all at once. His coat looked neat and natural afterward without being cut too short. He also didn’t spend the rest of the day hiding, which honestly felt like the biggest success.“

“Dr. Woodson is a wonderful veterinarian. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding of the budget concerns and was able to work with me to provide care for my dog. Her love for animals truly shines bright. And because of her compassion and understanding and willingness to allow me to do my part, Bane was able to make a full recovery for the most part. He will have scars but they do not stop him from running around the yard barking, snuggling with his family.“

“Brought my ragdoll cat here after trying to deal with matting on my own for weeks. I was nervous because cats can get overwhelmed quickly, but the groomer moved slowly and kept the environment surprisingly calm. They explained beforehand that some sections might need shorter trimming, which helped manage my expectations. Her fur ended up looking much healthier and softer afterward. The front desk was busy during pickup, though the employees still stayed polite and answered everyone’s questions patiently.“

“Unfortunately, I am not reviewing the services rendered by this establishment, but rather the beautiful humanity of the people who work here.

A little less than a year ago, my rental car was broken into; the window was smashed and my backpack was stolen. The police told me that they had been following the suspect all night and that they would call me with any updates.

The next morning, Jason, from Happy Tails, found me on social media and messaged me saying that he had found my backpack and all of my missing items in the parking lot in front of the store. I was thrilled!

I stopped by Happy Tails Pet Grooming the following morning to pick everything up. Jason and another gentleman were welcoming and apologetic upon hearing what happened. They returned everything that went missing and asked for nothing in return for their trouble and their kindness.

This event, although stressful and upsetting in the beginning, ended with an act of kindness that I will never forget. Thank you, Jason!“

“My dogs are in their golden years (17 & 15), so they require especially gentle care. The proprietor was so good to them that when I returned to pick up my pups, I found them relaxing in their crate together after their grooming session. I was informed they had even been napping while they waited for me, a sure sign of comfort.

My 15 year old has a big dose of Jack Russell Terrier in her, so holding still for nail trims has never been easy. She received one of the best trims she has ever had at A-1, ensuring that I will certainly return for future appointments.“
