Everyone here is knowledgeable, compassionate and totally cat oriented. I’ve been taking my cats to the Catonsville Cat Clinic for 25 years and have never had a bad experience

I am writing in response to the negative review posted on7/24/26. I believe the accusation of racism alleged by this reviewer is completely unfounded. My husband and I have been clients of the Catonsville Cat Clinic(CCC) for over 12 years. We are both minorities—Black/ Native American-Latina. Dr Nesbitt and her staff have always made us feel valued and welcomed. There has NEVER been one iota of racism towards us. I have frequently encountered many minority clients in the waiting area who have praised the professionalism, courtesy and service of Dr Nesbitt and her staff. I was in the lobby with the person before me that wrote a 1 star review. This wasn’t what happened at all.

The reviewer tried to walk out with her cat before they had paid. Regardless of if she was planning on coming back or not, the employee literally said “excuse me, you still need to pay before you leave.” The employee also had no way of knowing she wasn’t trying to just leave without paying, she was a brand new patient.

At no point did anyone yell at her, or even raise their voice at all. The tech merely told her that it’s required to pay before leaving, because of course it is. In fact her waiting so long to talk to the doctor just made everything take… read full review
