Wow! What a great vet! Super caring staff; they ask questions and wait for responses from the pet owners, and I can't say enough about my first visit with them. As a matter of fact, after that first visit, which was so incredibly comprehensive and very surprising compared to other vets I have been to in the area, I will be seeing them for all of my pets' care for the remainder of their lives.
I was also able to get in quickly, even though this was my first visit and I'm not an established patient yet.
Emily, Darian, and Dr Morgan were super helpful and caring, and I loved the environment. Plus, it is super close to home for me. We will be back for follow-up visits soon.… read full review
Wow, what a gem of a find!!! I’ve got a 4 year old golden mix that has had very few issues and we’ve been to all the big name places over the years. Never, and I mean never, have I been treated so well by a veterinary office. From the initial call to their follow up the following business day, you could just tell they cared about my lil girl, Olivia. The price was affordable (for a vet) and the care from all the staff was outstanding. I couldn’t recommend this office anymore. If you need vet care, give Valley Dog and Cat Hospital a chance. You won’t regret it. They’re even open on Saturdays! :)
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Scherr and her staff. The front desk is always welcoming and friendly. Dr. Scherr is so cool and funny. They really care about the fur babies. I absolutely love that when your pet is ill or has a procedure they call you the following day to check on your pet. If you are considering taking your pet here, do not hesitate. They will be in really good hands.
