Brought my ragdoll cat here after trying to deal with matting on my own for weeks. I was nervous because cats can get overwhelmed quickly, but the groomer moved slowly and kept the environment surprisingly calm. They explained beforehand that some sections might need shorter trimming, which helped manage my expectations. Her fur ended up looking much healthier and softer afterward. The front desk was busy during pickup, though the employees still stayed polite and answered everyone’s questions patiently.

5 stars and beyond. Chris and Donna are the sweetest caregivers to our pups. The genuinely care for our pets as if they were their own. I was worried about my pup, but Donna picked him right up to soothe him and didn't put him down. I made a follow up appointment to keep on a better schedule with his long hair. I'm so happy I found them.

Great customer service!!They took us last minute and provided great care to my pup. The price was reasonable and the care was amazing. Thank you Groomery, we have a new groomer! - Recommended!
