Happy Tails is a grooming business that provides excellent service for dogs and cats. Customers appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff, who are willing to work with their schedules. While the location may be a little difficult to find and the shop's appearance is simple, the quality of grooming is highly praised. Clients report their pets look amazing after a visit and feel confident in the care their animals receive.
Unfortunately, I am not reviewing the services rendered by this establishment, but rather the beautiful humanity of the people who work here.
A little less than a year ago, my rental car was broken into; the window was smashed and my backpack was stolen. The police told me that they had been following the suspect all night and that they would call me with any updates.
The next morning, Jason, from Happy Tails, found me on social media and messaged me saying that he had found my backpack and all of my missing items in the parking lot in front of the store. I was thrilled!

First time visit and they were amazing!! I dropped Tora (med long hair) off at 7:45ish and they got her done by 1pm. They called me twice with updates (I really appreciated that)! We got a bath and hair cut done, because she has longer hair and had some mats on her butt total was $160 (totally worth it). Undercoat is completely smooth and no loose hair is to be found- nails, paw pad, and sanitary areas are trimmed to perfection!! :)

Great place great people been taking my dog there for three years and she’s now 14 years old. Wish I Took her there when she was 10 years ago when she was a puppy just watching them work while waiting to pick up my dog, extremely professional, gentle with all the animals even cats
