I highly recommend PetSmart’s dog training courses with Audrey at their Owings Mills location! Audrey is friendly, knowledgeable, & is exceptional at what she does!
Throughout the 6-week puppy class, Audrey helped lay the foundation for Moose as he worked to learn important puppy basics & showed me how to confidently reinforce those learned skills at home.
Audrey’s down-to-earth approach, clear instruction, & willingness to answer questions made every class enjoyable & productive. She genuinely cares about helping both dogs & their humans succeed!

I bring my puppy here to get groomed. Overall the people are nice and helpful. The store is always clean when I go in there and it's very pet friendly as you know. I'll continue to shop here in the future.
