My son Boris has been going to Luv Thy Pet for nail trimmings and ear cleanings for the last year and a half ..and we always look forward to the trip! After a couple of failed trips to the big name pet stores grooming centers, we found Luv Thy Pet, and we will never look back!! The owner, Schmae, is very accommodating and is always excited to see Boris, and vice versa! She is very kind and personable, and always takes the cutest photos of him (attached) while he’s with her! This was our first time taking our chihuahua maltese, Zeus, to Mae. She was very nice and accommodating and Zeus usually gets anxious when going to the groomers, but he seemed to have no worries when he was with Mae. We will be back soon! ??
I recently took my dog to Mae for the first time. Mae, was the epitome of customer service. She was approachable and extremely communicative, keeping me updated with texts throughout the grooming process. The final product was one excellently groomed, pampered, and happy pup. I will be coming back for sure.
