My rescue terrier usually panics around clippers, so grooming appointments are stressful for both of us. The groomer here took a few minutes just letting him settle before starting anything, which already felt different from other places I’ve tried. They worked slowly and avoided overwhelming him with loud equipment all at once. His coat looked neat and natural afterward without being cut too short. He also didn’t spend the rest of the day hiding, which honestly felt like the biggest success.
We have been using Kelly and team for five years. They have worked tirelessly to understand a breed appropriate cut for our two Tibetian Terriers and have nailed it. What’s amazing is Gary’s patience and the fact that he apologizes every time because it takes longer than he wanted. Think about that, most groomers want quantity over quality - not here.
