“Our husky-shepherd mix was just seen for Hyperparathyroidism and Hypercalcemia. Dr. Zacuto and her staff are incredibly efficient in all they do. She was very clear and concise with information regarding his diagnosis and was very compassionate - we never felt rushed during our appt. and did not feel in any way pressured towards costly medical treatments or surgery. Facts were clearly presented to us and all possible treatment options were discussed as well as risks, recovery and follow-up. We opted to treat his condition surgically to remove a lesion on his parathyroid and had other lipomas removed as well. Dr. Chiu from the surgical team from CVSS offered us the exact same thorough and detailed explanation of surgery, risks, recovery and follow-up. I highly recommend AVIMO.“

It is a bit of a drive from me -- but absolutely worth it. My cat recently needed some extractions and cleaning and I got 3 opinions from 3 vets.

The first vet wanted to charge 3x as much as what Catonsville Cat Clinic did. The second vet wanted to charge 5x as much AND take out all of my cat's teeth which was just unnecessary. Finally, I went to Catonsville Cat Clinic and they offered a conservative approach, only taking out the teeth that needed to come out according to X-Ray. At the same time, their cost was affordable and reasonable.

Highly recommend for any cat owners out there, you will not be disappointed.“

“Hillendale Animal Hospital and Dr. Ramappa were the veterinary center for our Basset Hound, Nigel, when we got him and we continued to take him there once he was in our care. Nigel always got first-rate, loving care, especially when the time came to say good-bye to him. We don’t have a SINGLE negative thing to say about this office! The staff at the front desk, the vet techs, and - of course - Dr. Ramappa, are nothing short of phenomenal! “I just lost my precious dachshund, Rusty. I have to talk of my experience at TLC. Dr. Lucas and I worked together when Rusty was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and later, kidney disease. We walked a tightrope, as Dr. Lucas described it, making medical decisions for both conditions. The heart condition alone usually has a year or less life expectancy. Rusty went on to 1 year and 8 months for me and my baby. In addition, the ladies loved on him sometimes calling him the Rust Man :) I even ended up going to a Vet ER before TLC opened, due to a breathing issue which can occur with the heart condition, and one of these wonderful ladies came and sat with me for several hours when she found out and got off work. I can't begin to describe the wonderful love shown to my boy at TLC. When he passed, there were tears from all, and Dr. Lucas called from his vacation to express his condolences. You will never go wrong bringing your sweet baby to TLC for Pets.“
