After taking my cats to Dr. Notarangelo and Dr. Hayes at the Cross Keys and Brooklyn Park locations, I'm so impressed by how cat friendly the practice is. (For example, they offered my cat Kiffawiffick a plush house in his own room where he could relax. When they needed to move him around the office for tests, they carried him in the plush house because he felt safest there.) I've never had trouble scheduling an appointment, and the doctors and staff are always thorough and clear when explaining test results and answering questions. From my experience at other practices, a vet tech can make or break a visit, and every tech I've met at Everhart is exceptionally patient and kind. What I really love is that they have multiple locations, which makes it easy for our cats to see someone in an emergency.“

Dr. Walesby recommended doing double TPLO surgery- both knees at once -for about the same cost as one leg at a time and only having to complete one rehab, not two. We have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Walesby and the entire staff. We had 24 hour contact available through the entire process. Everything was thoroughly explained from surgery through completion of rehab. Our pup is like a young dog again, able to run, jump, and play like he could before his injury.Five Stars!Carol, Kit, Dale, and especially Bogie.“

From friendly to compassionate to experienced, words that do not adequately describe Dr Bishop and his staff.Dr Bishop is so caring and helpful; being there exactly when you need him, even though I was not that close to his office but he still came to my home to take excellent care of Ruby.Both times Dr. Bishop came to my home he brought along the most compassionate and experienced assistants who didn’t get frustrated even though Ruby was very frightened and was not going to comply with their requests.In addition, Dr Bishop was kind enough to have his groomer take care of Ruby who has allergies and in desperate need of a bath and a cut. I was really doubtful of the results while I was waiting knowing I had not been able to bathe her or even cut a matt from her hair. She is beautiful…. perfectly groomed! Shocked and amazed are an understatement!I would strongly recommend Dr. Bishop and his exceptional staff without reservation.Thank you Dr. Bishop and all your great employees!!!“

“My 6 year old Yorkie was very sick. I thought he was dying. I took him to Happy tails and they took us right in. Within a couple of minutes a nurse was checking him over and Dr. Miller came in and took over. She took him to another room to do test and about 20 minutes later he came back. He came back with a little more energy and was walking around the room. They gave us meds for him and less than 12 hours later he was eating and close to normal. I can't thank Happy Tails and Dr Miller & staff enough. I appreciate the care and concern shown to us and my Yorkie. I had prepared my wife and grandkids for the worst and when their King boy walked in the door they were extremely happy. Thank you so much Dr. Miller and staff.“
