“Jay Taylor came to my home in freezing cold weather to make sure I had enough oil to get through the night until they could deliver in the morning. I called at 7:00 PM when I got home to a very cold house where I had run out of oil which was my own fault. I got a call back from Jay, the owner, who said all the trucks were booked. I agreed to wait until morning but Jay called back a little later and let me know he was going to come deliver enough to get me through the night. He, the owner, stood outside of my house delivering some oil and waiting until the furnace was reset and heating my house. Amazing friendship and Amazing customer service. “The technician was "EARLY" for the appointment (needed stove and ice maker looked at)... We were very surprised and HAPPY! Howard was professional, very polite, friendly & honest! (We had already had a neighbor look at it - but wanted a professional opinion.) He told us the problem and offered solutions that included his company doing the work but also ones that we could find others to do at a cheaper price. We were VERY happy with the service and the cost of the estimate (NOT once did the employee we spoke to to set up the appointment EVER say it would be free...) We would contact this company again for help with our appliances if we ever needed help again. 5 stars! :O)“
