I called and spoke to their representative Wanda. I let her know about an emergency that we were having. She got us the right person immediately who came out immediately! Our tech was Bob. He was very reassuring, and fixed our issue. I can't say enough about how both Wanda and Bob truly saved our day (and our house)!!! They were true angels!! I'd give 100 stars if I could!

Aero Energy was quick and responsive when my heat went out. Mary Williams, the tech, was friendly (even with my barky dachshund!), knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Fixed the problem with what she had on the truck. Couldn't ask for any better help.

Technician called prior to arrival with ETA which is incredibly helpful. Fixed the issue and was very helpful with explaining what was happening. Our system was still under warranty so not sure what cost would be if we were not under warranty.
