As a military family we have moved around a lot, so to find companies that do outstanding and amazing work can be difficult to find. So we reply on word of mouth or google reviews. Alex along with his team of professionals has done such an amazing job to our home that we shall be having them to return back to our home to work on several other projects to improve our current home in the DMV area. Alex responded so quickly once we had placed the service call in for services. Alex took the time to explain to us he would be sending over one of team member who named Eric to help with our electrical panel issue along with our water heater issue. Eric arrived in the time frame Alex had given us. Eric gave us a courtesy call to let us know he would be at our home in an half-hour time. Let's give credit where credit is due with this company!! Michael and all the staff at Rausch are very kind, compassionate, and accommodating. Michael is excellent at his job and will support you throughout the process. Everyone was very responsive and demonstrated the utmost attention to detail. They treated my beloved sister-in-law with so much respect and reverence. Staff were available for whatever we needed throughout the viewings. The following day the transportation and transition to the church and cemetery was seamless. We had a stressful moment in which the cemetery advised they could not get a vault in time for the funeral. I called Michael and he had a vault delivered to the cemetery no problem. Excellent and caring customer service which we really needed during our family’s time of extreme grief and trauma.

I contacted Patrick to overhaul my outdated flowerbeds. I explained to Patrick that I needed low maintenance as I do not have a green thumb lol. He returned with a beautiful image showing his vision for the space. This entailed taking out 2 massive bushes that were in awful shape, leveling the 2 tier flowerbed so they were slopped, and planting new, fresh plants. Throughout the process, Patrick stayed in communication about when he'd be arriving, etc. I can't recommend Gentleman Farmer Landscaping enough! Our water heater wasn't working one day when we tried to take showers. All cold water in the dead of winter and after one of the biggest snow storms in a while. Water was freezing. We couldn't get anyone out the same day but the next day we had an appointment for another plumbing and heating company (not to be named) and they came out looked around, checked the fuses in the panel and couldn't find anything wrong. After a while he determined the water heater was broken and we needed a new one. $5000 charge smh, mind you this house was built 5 years ago. Any who we called for a second opinion and over the phone James Severn trouble shooted with us and found out the breaker in the garage had blown and needed to be reset. The button was press and the heater came on immediately! God bless you James! In a difficult time you saved us $5000+ dollars! Thank you so much!

Barb sensed it and walked me through every step of my new cut and layered and textured my thick hair like no one ever has. She is an expert. She knew exactly how to care for my thick hair. She corrected issues I had when I walked in and even gave me ideas for ways I could wear my hair and tips on how to care for it . The other Stylists are also amazing I didn’t get her name but the stylist with the pretty curly hair spoke to me about alopecia. I’ve never had anyone relate to me so well. I used to bring my son here to see Tony.-we’ve since moved out of state but my son still talks about how much he enjoyed going to see Mr. Tony. After a year, we still have not found a place in our new state that does cuts and fades as great as Tony. We sure do miss him! Highly recommend this shop.
