As a military family we have moved around a lot, so to find companies that do outstanding and amazing work can be difficult to find. So we reply on word of mouth or google reviews. Alex along with his team of professionals has done such an amazing job to our home that we shall be having them to return back to our home to work on several other projects to improve our current home in the DMV area. Alex responded so quickly once we had placed the service call in for services. Alex took the time to explain to us he would be sending over one of team member who named Eric to help with our electrical panel issue along with our water heater issue. More than 5 stars. Eric is friendly, professional, super motivated to do the right thing AND good work, and is supremely skilled. If you have electrical concerns, Precision is all you need. Small business but big customer service and technical expertise. Highly recommend. Thanks Precision for caring about quality and people.
I’m not from the local area, however, am on an extended stay when an electrical issue came up. And by electrical issue I mean I screwed something up. I called precision and was so glad that I did. Eric was so thoughtful and courteous. He took the time to show me what he was doing, what he was checking, and what my problem was. Thorough and fast. Don’t use anyone else. The guys at precision are top-notch and all at reasonable prices.
