I’m glad a lower bid fell through, because CRM did an amazing job fixing up my water damaged interior. CRM proposed a quote that my insurance saw was so detailed and accurate to market and labor costs, that they upped their original coverage quote to cover the difference in the repair. Scheduling was a breeze and their back office team was on top of communication, getting the right paint colors, and facilitating someone getting out on site. The day of the repair, the gentleman who did the work was extremely attentive to every detail, and left the space feeling brand new.
