Michael and all the staff at Rausch are very kind, compassionate, and accommodating. Michael is excellent at his job and will support you throughout the process. Everyone was very responsive and demonstrated the utmost attention to detail. They treated my beloved sister-in-law with so much respect and reverence. Staff were available for whatever we needed throughout the viewings. The following day the transportation and transition to the church and cemetery was seamless. We had a stressful moment in which the cemetery advised they could not get a vault in time for the funeral. I called Michael and he had a vault delivered to the cemetery no problem.
