Exceptional customer service from R&R HVAC Solutions. Jesse came out & went above and beyond today by helping me navigate the new interface on my mini split HVAC unit. I really appreciate the extra effort and highly recommend them.
Jesse was in the area so got here pretty quickly. Got the AC back on right away but the actual problem causing it to fail needs further investigation… catching the fault code earlier. He showed me how to do that and only charged me the “diagnostic” fee. Told me what I might be looking at ($) if the problem is what he suspects. In the meantime he wasn’t going to talk me into buying something I might not need. I appreciate that! If the AC fails again, I know who to call!
