Called them up to help repair our system and then ultimately had them replace our system because ours was just limping along. Great to work with and priced a lot better than some others we've called out. They also aren't trying to sell you on a maintenance plan which we appreciated.
It was incredible that you were able to come out the same day we called. The technician that came, Jesse, was awesome. Very polite, knowledgeable, cordial and professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly and the charge was very reasonable. He also informed me of maintenance contracts offered by R&R which I will look into.
R&R, and specifically Dominic, is great! Honest, takes time to share/discuss what they see and explain how things work. No fear tactics or hard selling. Just good, honest assessments and reasonable rates.
