Always a pleasure to talk to on the phone; the first time someone was meant to come out to our house, our address was wrong in their computer, and they handled it professionally and sent another guy as soon as we figured out the issue. We've had them out twice now for two different problems, and their services are definitely effective!

I use them for pest control and an additional yard tick treatment. Great Team! Gene and his tech team are excellent. I have used others in the past and Planet Friendly is superior in quality and customer relationship.
