“Our experience with GranitePro has been exceptional. Dean gave us our estimate and helped us all along the way as we picked what would be the best product for our kitchen. GranitePro was not our cheapest estimate. We had three companies give us pricing and decided on GranitePro because they were in the middle for pricing and we liked their customer service the best. Customer service is one of the most important piece's for us as we know a good company will always stand behind their work.Our installers, Will and Jared were fantastic. They arrived on time and were friendly and very efficient. We could tell they took pride in "getting it right." Also they cleaned up everything as they worked. The plumber, TJ, came just as the work was finishing up and he got right to his part. TJ was also friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job with the plumbing piece. We would highly recommend GranitePro to anyone looking for countertops.“

After disassembling and cleaning out everything I could reach, the situation only improved slightly.Since I had used Doug Pittenger and his father to complete a prior plumbing job, I called them again for assistance. Doug returned my call almost immediately and as promised, showed up at my house the next day to correct the problem.He had to snake the pipe lwith a power cleaner. They “rescued” us in a plumbing emergency caused by a sudden large pinhole leak on a main pipe, leaking and rushing water!, and they came to address the matter doing so with skill and a peace of mind that gave us some ease. They also assisted with a water softener upgrade and installation, carefully installing and running new pvc pipes to join from the main water line into the house to the rest of our system. I admire their service, work ethic and they’re priced reasonably as well.“

“Just had Charles A. Klein & Sons install 2 new furnaces/ACs essentially a business day before Xmas & could not be happier with the outcome. The hvac techs did world class job installing the new equipment, 2 systems in one day! They are efficient and most of all do things professional grade. They left me with no complaints and even did things I would have wanted done without me having to ask. They rerouted a drain line so it didn't cross the middle of the room like the old system installation, for example. They upgraded prior installation to code, which was most important! They cared about doing things the right way! Install looks sharp! Carl and Christy were spot on recommending the new Trane systems. House feels more comfortable in December than it had with old furnances. I feel like I'm going to save money too because systems get temperature to set point fast. Would recommemd them to all my family and friends. Will be using them again for next system.Prior reviewMy experience so far with CK&S is to obtain an estimate to replace 2 furnaces and prepare to schedule the work. I can say so far these guys are world-class. Worked with Christy and Carl in detail, and the ladies who answer the phone are sooooo professional and helpful! I have worked with a lot of other companies, probably 6, and these guys are a cut above the rest. Can't say enough good things about Cristy and Carl. Christy can even do load calculations to size your equipment properly. But I love them most of all because their prices blow other companies out of water. This is #1 reason I'm going with them. CK&S gave me an estimate for an AC & furnace for less then 2 other companies gave me for a JUST A furnace. And I'm getting the top brand equipment, better than brands in the other 2 quotes I got. Could not be happier with my experience so far. Highly recommend these guys.“
