Ernie came out within the time window for an emergency repair of our A/C unit and found the bad capacitor immediately, replaced it, got us back to cooling and was very kind and professional. It was covered under our service contract!!! Can’t beat the same day service. We love Modern Comfort and their knowledgeable polite and prompt service folks. Thank you!!!!

Modern Comfort are true lifesavers! During the extreme heat this summer, our heat pump suddenly stopped working, pumping lukewarm air around the house. We called this morning and had same morning service, the office secretary was very nice and got us a tech out quickly. The technician was wonderful and found we had a part inside the heat pump that was bulging due to the extreme heat. He had it replaced in minutes!
