They were able to repair the current system and charged less than original quote due to quicker repair. “Extremely good experience with All-Air Systems. My AC went out in the afternoon and I was having trouble scheduling my normal HVAC company/technician. Called All-Air and they were able to schedule me for first thing the following morning. They communicated very well, with appointment reminders, a text when the technician was on his way to the house, and throughout the repair process. They were able to get my parts covered under warranty and their service rates were very reasonable (with no overtime or quick response charges). They located parts and had my AC running same day. Their payment system was easy to use, did not charge a fee for credit card use and provided me with documentation of work completed including photos of new parts.

They also found that the installing contractor of my system had not registered my HVAC system with the manufacturer for warranty.
