“I had an issue with an exterior door on my condo that, according to two other contractors had been installed poorly and was now "warped" and would have to be replaced at great expense. Mark took a look at the door and, while agreeing that the door had been installed poorly, suggested he might only have to re-hang the door. So that is where we began. And finished. He was correct, my door only needed to be rehung and not only did he do a wonderful job, and in an incredibly timely manner, he saved me a LOT of money. So I will be able to use that saved money to fix other things. Mark was easy to work with, reliable and super honest.“

“We recently completed a Kitchen Renovation with Remodeling Wizards of Maryland, soup to nuts. All new cabinets, counter tops, ceiling, paint, drywall work, plumbing and electrical were moved.This was a big undertaking. From the first contact with Marirose, to the consultation with John and the construction crew in the house, Remodeling Wizards of Maryland are always professional, personable and kind. Further, the bid and contract are easy to understand with no hidden fees or missing work-orders. Though the project took one week longer than estimated, we were always informed about any delays.All general contractors use sub-contractors for certain jobs. With Remodeling Wizards of Maryland, these subs (plumbing and electrical) are also fully bonded and insured and held to the same high standard all employees are expected to maintain.Why we choose to hire them again and again? First, trustworthy. What they say they will do, they do. They care for my home as if it were theirs. From being on time to cleaning the job site every evening, to ensuring we knew what was happening week by week, we were never concerned about the project. “Recently had LKC install a new roof on my townhouse in the Summit Chase neighborhood of Piney Orchard. Also had them completely rebuild the deck as many of the joists were rotting and two actually collapsed! They did an outstanding job on both projects, all work was performed exactly per the contract. They used the best GAF HD energy star shingles and sent pictures of the roofing work which was a nice plus. They also replaced all gutters and downspouts since the old ones on many houses were pulling away from the roof as they were not installed properly. I had to pay someone to bang in the gutter spikes every few years. New gutters look awesome! LKC's attention to detail is top notch. Craig kept in constant communication on status of projects. Crew also did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend LKC for your roof or deck project.“

“roof deck leak Jan 2024. flat roof DC, duradeck material. and door frame rotted out. Great response from OnTarget, walked us through options. Did repairs about 2 weeks later when got materials. had some (minor) issues, they just did what was required with no fuss. cleaned up excellent. need test of time to insure all problems fixed, but they were so confident they went ahead and patched up/painted inside ceiling drywall wet spots & cover by warranty if find issues with future rain. Owner Mike gives a good sense of confidence. Maybe not cheapest outfit in the area, but not a fly-by-night mickey-mouse operator. You get a safe sense that it was done correctly, with good crews.“

“Keith and Mike came to the house to replace two twenty three year old skylights in our sunroom. They arrived on time, checked in with us for any questions we may have, and started the job promptly. They replaced both skylights, replaced all shingles which needed to be removed, sealed the edges, then cleaned the glass. They also walked the roof as a quick inspection for any other issues I may not have noticed. They took the time to show us and explain where the seals of the old skylights were starting to fail. Enjoyed talking to both men as they were both cordial and liked discussing their jobs and roofing in general. I will use Blair Construction for any future home repair I may have in the future.Service: Skylight repair“
