“VKB completely upgraded our three full and one half bathrooms. They did an excellent job on each one and we are very happy with the results. The designer, Sean, did a great job working with us to design the bathrroms, adding his experience in ensuring a good match between cabinets, countertops, flooring, grout colors, etc. We slected our own lights, mirrors and faucet sets using VKB allowances (sometimes exceeding the allowance - but getting what we really wanted.) The project manager, Orkhan, was excellent and he has enjoyed a lengthy professional relationship with the master carpenter, Walter. The teams sent out for the various tasks (e.g., tiling, plumbing, painting, etc.) all did fine work. Orkhan's communication (group text) was excellent, always quickly responding to any queries or requests and keeping us posted on all activities and requirements of us. The one room for improvement would be tighter scheduling communication with their countertop provider. Overall - VERY happy with VKB.”

“We have used Len White at Long Fence on two separate occasions. I even waited a couple of years to make sure the jobs held up before posting. We had them install a white vinyl privacy fence and a stone paver patio. The fence was installed perfectly, even though we have a very uneven property. They showed up early installed the fence and left no mess. The patio was the really amazing work. One guy showed up and I was worried at first. Turns out he was a true artisan. He figured out how to deal with the uneven slope by our pool’s concrete by constantly measuring and grading until the pavers not only looked amazing, but also the drainage was perfect. We had several quotes and everyone was concerned about how to handle this issue. John handled it with ease. 3 years later and everything still looks great!”

That alone should testify to the confidence I have in their craftsmanship and business practices.<br><br>My most recent project was a roof replacement. My house is 70+ years old and has gable vents. I interviewed other roofing companies and each insisted that I needed to replace my gable vents with ridge vents. Bryan Gutin, their exterior specialist, thoroughly described their process and explained why my existing gable vents were suitable.<br><br>I received 6 estimates for this project and JLG Builds' was comfortably in the midpoint of all the quotes. The work was scheduled promptly and took a full day and a few hours of the next to complete. The crew were hard workers and thoroughly cleaned my yard of debris.<br><br>I would definitely use JLG Builds again and confidently recommend them to others.”

“I've shopped around for a company to build my deck and patio for over a year and I have to say Maryland Deck Builders was the right company for the job. My project was not small by any means with a large deck, stone patio with a firepit and seating area. Nelson and team did a great job explaining the process, meeting with me multiple times to go over options and even during the project when we hit a snag with some of the stone colors with the distributer, Nelson came out to my house with alternatives to review with me.<br>Nelson was also very reasonable when we had to make some adjustments and wasn't focused on nickel-and-diming<br>us but rather making sure we were satisfied with the project.<br>I would highly recommend Maryland Deck Builders for any deck or stone patio work.”

“Put in a fantastic looking stamped concrete patio for our backyard, in a really reasonable timeframe, both in terms of when they started and how long it took to finish; they came every morning for several mornings to make progress while working around the weather. They also laid down some grass seed around the patio, and have even offered to plant additional grass seed in the fall later on since the current seed is having a little bit of trouble coming up in the super heat of Maryland Julys. Manny is a really genuine and great guy, and very easy to work with. Not to mention that they were one of the cheaper quotes out of the five quotes we got. Highest marks possible!”
