From the initial sales presentation, to the completed project, my wife and I are extremely pleased with our experience with Five Star Bath Solutions. The office, the installers and others with whom we interacted were all professional, prompt and pleasant. We have already recommended Five Star to our friends and neighbors and will continue to do so. You often hear people complain about companies that are unresponsive or do not take pride in their work. These people have obviously not dealt with Five Star Bath Solutions.

Steve provided excellent service, very professional and attentive to details. He went above and beyond on the bathrooms remodeling. Not only did they installed new tub in the hall bathroom and new shower. I was told that anything outside of the wet space (shower and tub) that they provided if I had the items on the date of installation they would installed them for me. Which included the new vanity and mirror in each bathroom. Steve and his crew clean up their area after each day and after the completion of the project. I would recommend Five Star Bath Solution of Annapolis for any bathroom remodeling projects.Services: Bathtub replacement

Very thorough. Professional from beginning to end. Bo, and Tyler are topNotch. If it wasn’t for Bret’s presentation,I probably would’ve went with someone else. If you want your bath room to looklike it was in a magazine. Then these are your guys. Didn’t regret one thing. Replaced everything. Tony did a great job painting my walls. They are a one stop shop. Even replaced my floor. Bo is amazing, he came in to check on things one day, and my door knob on my front door was actually hanging on the door. He fixed it for me. Can you believe that.
